Alex Pifer: For More than twenty-five years, Alexandra Pifer has been at the leading edge of seventeenth-and eighteenth-century design. Her designs have been featured in countless articles and she has been involved in many historic restorations. Her company is also a licensee for Historic New England. In 2008 she created a most unique design center. Domus is set in the quaint New England town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts, It has all the sophistication of larger cities without the inconvenience. We carry the hip and trendy. From Eco-Chic to the new Belgian, Gustavian and Old World French. Indoor concrete to reclaimed and repurposed Industrial. Alex's success lies in giving you an experience that would be found in European shopping excurions or boutique design shops, without the inconvenience or cost. The focus is keeping it fresh and one of a kind, so every visit is an adventure and one not to be missed. Designers and architects are most welcome.
